LOVE ( Production Notes 1.)

The LOVE album is a new artistic direction for me. We are taking these songs and rearranging them in a way that they will appeal to a much broader audience. It’s an album that will present my talent in a different sound than most have heard from me before.
We are approaching each piece with magnification on what is the core message within the lyric and we then wrap the music around that to deliver something fresh and moving.

When the concept for the LOVE album originally came to me I was thinking to myself “what is it that the world needs most?” As a musician I have found that music is truly a universal language, it crosses every boundary and allows me to somehow communicate in the most profound ways. I thought about what these songs make me feel and what stories do they tell the listener? I want to create an album that not only speaks in this universal language but an album that will remind people globally that love is really all that matters.  I can’t help but feel that we live in what I consider very traumatic times.
I thought some people really care while some others are unconsciously caught up just making it day to day that they seem to have forgotten about how important it is that we are never losing sight of what makes our lives the most fulfilling.
For me at least that would be love.
If I were asked to describe myself in one word it would be care. I often times care so deeply that it’s many times to a fault and I have to check and balance myself to the point that it doesn’t depress me. I love my families and my pets and my friends, but what about the total stranger? Are they really a total stranger and if so how can that be?
I know that Love is not always happy in fact it can take us to the darkest corners of our souls, but what’s wonderful about this is that we are feeling something. When I am conscious and extend the essence of love and then demonstrate it in my everyday life I then realize a greater sense of inner peace.

I can’t think of any human emotion as inspiring as love. A great love song can touch everyone and stir up these emotions whether those are memories of the past, a present experience or hope for the future.
I can honestly say that this album is a real labor of love. It’s my gift to the listener not only because I want to be heard but because I want the listener to feel something.
I want us to question this selective thinking of the total stranger because on some level we all have this thing called love in common.
